Part-time administrator

We are seeking an experienced part-time administrator (min. 2yrs proven office admin experience) to support the administration manager and engineering team with day-to-day admin tasks. You will be joining a busy and growing innovative Power Electronics company. This is a part-time role based in Nottingham, close to the city centre. In return you will receive £12-£14 per hour (DOE) for 20 hours spread across 5 days, enhanced holiday allowance, private health plan and pension (after qualifying period). Hours to be discussed at interview.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Sales and Purchase Ledger via Xero
  • Typing of minutes and agendas
  • Incoming / outgoing mail, parcels and electronic filing
  • Ordering office supplies and engineering components
  • Supporting the ISO 9001 QMS Administrator
