Modular DC-DC Converters
TTPi’s DC-DC converter technologies allows us to produce market leading devices which are compact, light and highly efficient.
Our technologies utilize the most advanced switching devices available today, ensuring top-tier performance across a wide range of applications such as industrial power supplies, Energy, automotive and Aerospace.
Our converters efficiently and automatically regulate voltage between sources and loads, making them ideal for everything from electric vehicles to renewable energy storage. Modular and fully bidirectional, TTPi’s converters offer superior power management in compact form and allow larger or higher availability systems to be easily created.

DC-DC converter features
- High power density – Fully GaN based bidirectional operation leading to power conversion efficiencies up to 97.9% at full power
- Wide High Voltage Terminal voltage range: 200V to 420V DC.
- User adjustable Low Voltage Terminal voltage range: 8 – 16V DC or 16V to 32V DC.
- Unit modularity capability: multiple converters to reach the desired nominal power output or increased availability/resilience. Series-parallel connection of converters to a allow broad input and output voltage range and/or total power.


- Communication between units and to the user via isolated CAN, RS485 or RS422.
- ZVS high frequency switching in the range 400kHz to 1.3MHz (automatically and dynamically adjusted for maximum efficiency).
- Over-Current, Short-Circuit and Over-Temperature fault protection.
- AI based automatic efficiency optimisation over the full operating range.
- 5kV DC High Voltage Terminal to Low Voltage Terminal isolation.
- Self-powered – Start-up from either power port
- Scalable systems from 1.5kW – 50kW
