Liquid Cooling Option
Power-converter specific jet impingement or turbulator solutions provide highly effective thermal management whilst optimising fluid flow rates and pressure drop to minimise pumping power required for cooling
Baseplate Option
Highly effective heat spreading Cu baseplates; This option is best used where existing thermal management solutions or new integrated system-level coolers such as cold-plates or force air cooled heatsinks are to be employed.
